Customer

The customer complies to these terms and conditions when booking services for web service of Härmäin Invalidit ry.

Terms of booking

  • Customer is in charge that they had stydied the description of objekt and the terms.

  • The customer is responsible for the correctness of the information they provide.

  • The customer pays the reservation in the reservation system, following the terms and conditions of the payment system. After a successful payment, the system automatically sends a payment confirmation to the e-mail address provided by the customer. The rental agreement is binding after the customer have got the payment confirmation.

  • Ruskoranta is not responsible for a failed reservation, but the customer should contact immediately to correct the situation. If the rental object is no longer available, the customer's amount will be returned to the account.

Terms of payment

  • Ruskoranta utilizes trustworthy and renowned payment brokers.

  • Ruskoranta doesn’t save any debit or credit card data anytime.

  • The customer adheres to the terms of conditions of the chosen payment method.

Terms of cancellation

  • The day of cancellation is the day, when Härmäin Invalidit ry. has received the cancellation. Customer may do the cancellation with e-mail.

  • Booking of a cottage have to do at the latest seven (7) days before the start of the booking. If the booking is cancelled less than seven (7) days before start of the reservation, a cancellation fee is 50 % of the original fee for the first night and 25 % for possible following nights.

  • Booking of a tent or a caravan site have to do at the latest one (1) day before the start of the booking. If the booking is cancelled less than a day before start of the reservation, a cancellation fee of 100 % of the first night fee.

  • In the case of disease, the customer have to take contact as soon as possible.

  • If the customer doesn't arrive without notification, a cancellation fee of 100 % of the fee.

Ruskoranta's right to cancel the reservation

  • Ruskoranta holds the right to cancel the reservation in a case of a force majeure. The customer will be informed of this cancellation without a delay. In this case the customer will be reimbursed 100 % of the payment.

  • Any expenses caused by the force majeure to the customer will not be reimbursed.

The terms of the rental object

  • When you arrive at the camping ground, please take contact to the customer service to get your keys etc.

  • The booking day starts on the day of the arriving at 12:00 pm. and ends on the day of departure at 12:00 pm. During the rental period, the customer has the right to use the object and its equipment as well as the services of the camping ground.

  • In the case that customer notice anything inadequate about the rental object or in the camping ground, customer service must be informed without a delay.

  • The customer is responsible for the tidiness of the rental objective.

  • If the customer has neglected to clean the premises, Ruskoranta will charge the full cleaning costs. The cleaning fee 20 € an hour.

  • Pets are not allowed in the cottage or on the beach.

  • Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A fee is always charged to the customer for smoking indoors. Smoking is only allowed in a specially marked place.

Keys

  • For a lost or unreturned key, the owner has the right to charge all the costs of re-serializing or changing the locks in full.

  • Ruskoranta has the right to charge compensation if they has to open the cottage due to a missing key.

Damage compensation

  • The customer is obliged to compensate Ruskoranta for the damage he has caused to the item. The customer is also responsible for other persons visiting the destination and for the damage they cause during the booking.

Reclamations

  • Any reclamation must be filed as soon as possible after the contemptible event has occurred.

  • Should the customer and Ruskoranta fail to reach a settlement, the customer may forward the reclamation to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
